This sweepstakes is sponsored by SkiTown.com, Inc. The sweepstakes is open to any resident of the United States or Canada who has reached the age of 18, except employees, representatives or agents of SkiTown.com or Copper Mountain Resort or their respective parents, subsidiaries and/or affiliates, and their respective advertising agencies, public relations agencies and family members with whom those employees, representatives or agents reside. Sweepstakes is subject to all US, State and Municipal laws and regulations. For the name of the winner after the prize has been awarded, please visit the www.SkiTown.com. All sweepstakes are void where prohibited or restricted and no entries will be accepted from such jurisdictions. SkiTown.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the sweepstakes should virus, bugs or other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the sweepstakes.

How To Enter:
No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter, complete a SkiTown.com review form and follow all the directions. The "Fantastically Spectacular Winter Mountain Vacation Sweepstakes" will begin on January 1, 2003 and will end at 11:59 midnight MST on July 1, 2003. Only one entry per person per facility will be accepted with only one prize being awarded. SkiTown.com will not be responsible or liable for incomplete, lost, stolen, illegible, or misdirected email or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including without limitation, electronic malfunction of any network, hardware or software. No mass entries are permitted. All entries become property of SkiTown.com and none will be returned. In the event of a dispute, all email entries are deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the email account from which they were sent. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Winners will be chosen by random selection from all valid entries. Entries must be received by 11:59 midnight MST July 1, 2003 in order to be eligible. Odds of winning are dependent on number of valid entries received.

Prize:
Vacation to Copper Mountain, Colorado. Includes 5 (five) nights lodging, 4 (four) days lift tickets, ground transfers between Copper Mountain and Denver International Airport (DEN) and airfare for four people. All four people must fly from and return to the same airport at the same time. The prize package's total trip value is $4,000. Only the listed prize will be awarded and no substitutions, or full or partial cash redemptions will be allowed, except as provided herein. In the event that the prize is not available in at the time of the drawing, SkiTown.com will select a replacement prize of approximate equal value, in its sole discretion.

Winning and Notification:
Winner will be notified via email and/or postal mail on or about August 1 2003. Sweepstakes winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of all taxes on the prize. Winner may waive his or her right to receive a prize. Winners are responsible for paying all taxes, sales taxes and any other fees, taxes, or charges associated with the prize. No cash or other substitution is allowed, except that prize and individual components of prize awards are subject to availability. Rights to receive a prize are not assignable and nontransferable. All prizes claimed will be awarded. Winner's name will be posted on various websites owned by SkiTown.com. By their acceptance of any prize, all winners consent to the use of their name and/or sweepstakes entry by SkiTown.com for advertising and promotional purposes. All sweepstakes and prize decisions made by SkiTown.com are final. Winner must provide social security number to SkiTown.com for tax reporting purposes.

In the event that the sweepstakes winner cannot be reached within 30-days of the date of the selection, or in the event that the sweepstakes winner is ineligible to win the sweepstakes, or declines or waives his or her right to receive the prize, SkiTown.com will choose another winner by random selection from all valid entries and notify that winner that he or she is the sweepstakes winner in the same manner provided above, and that he or she is subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes and these rules.

E-MAIL CHANGE OF ADDRESS POLICY:
It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify Sponsor if his or her e-mail address changes.

SkiTown.com and Copper Mountain Resort respect the importance of your privacy. The following describes how we will collect, use, share and protect information about you that we collect in connection with this sweepstakes promotion:

To enter the sweepstakes, you are required to give us your name, your mailing address, your email address, and other information as indicated on the Official SkiTown.com's "Fantastically Spectacular Winter Mountain Vacation Sweepstakes" Form. We will use the mailing and email addresses to notify the sweepstakes winners, and to send you information about SkiTown.com and/or Copper Mountain Resort, which we think will be of interest to you.

We will not use the information you provide to us in connection with the sweepstakes for any other purposes, or share the information with any third party, without first disclosing how we intend to use or share the information and providing you with the opportunity to "opt out" of such use or sharing by directing us not to use or share the information in the manner disclosed. The disclosure of any proposed use or sharing of information and opportunity to "opt out" will not apply, however, if we are required (or if we have the good faith belief that we are required) to use or share the information in order to (i) comply with applicable law, (ii) respond to any legal process served on us, or (iii) to protect our rights or property.

We have implemented technology and security policies, rules and procedures to protect the information you provide to us in connection with the sweepstakes from unauthorized access, improper use, alteration, unlawful or accidental destruction and accidental loss.
